We loved worked with Gerry and Petal’s Edge for our recent wedding in July 2026. Gerry was extremely easy to work with and took all of our ideas and made them into a reality for all of our flowers and tablescapes. Everything was so beautiful and we highly recommend working with them!

Gerry took what was an overall concept in my brain for our wedding and came up with a beautiful proposal and showed up on our wedding day with expertise and proficiency. I was so happy to have her guidance and help, the flowers, and centerpieces were absolutely stunning, and it was so great how she was able to take the ~vibe~ I described to her and truly bring it to life. She is extremely responsive and professional and I would recommend anyone who is planning a wedding or event to go with Petals Edge!! Thank you Gerry!!!

I recently attended the "Election Day - Unplugged" floral design workshop at A Petal's Edge, and it was a delightful escape from the stress of the election season. The workshop provided a wonderful opportunity to unwind and get creative. The designer, Molly, shared her expertise in flower care and arrangements in an easy-to-understand way. I found her knowledge incredibly helpful, making the basics of floral design accessible for everyone. In tonight's class, I learned about "Ikebana," a traditional Japanese flower arrangement style that emphasizes simplicity, balance, and harmony with nature. This technique often incorporates three main elements: heaven, earth, and humanity. Additionally, I learned about Holly Chappel, a well-respected name in floral design, recognized for her contributions to arrangement techniques, designs, and education. I not only gained valuable skills and knowledge, but I also left with a unique floral creation and a sense of calm. Do yourself a favor and check out the upcoming workshops at "A Petal's Edge", you won't be disappointed.

Petal's Edge was INCREDIBLE for my spring DC wedding! Gerry worked closely with me to create a design that was absolutely gorgeous and spent considerable time on the phone walking me through possible design ideas, flowers, and where we could reuse flowers. She was very flexible, responsive, and budget-conscious, which I appreciated. I felt like I could really trust her expertise and was confident the arrangements would be beautiful going into the day. My bouquet and all of the arrangements turned out absolutely incredible, exactly how I pictured and better!! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Gerry and Petal's Edge!

I had the best experience working with Lissa at Petals Edge! She was responsive and flexible with changes to the order. On the day of everything was set up perfectly! The team even set up my ceremony arches that I brought and had asked a family member to take care of. The ceremony floral design was perfect and all her idea because I couldn’t figure out what I wanted/needed. They did an amazing job recreating all the inspiration pics I sent. All our bouquets were fresh and beautiful. Everything was just completely perfect and I am so happy with the work they provided. Their prices were also very competitive compared to other companies.
